SCHOLARSHIPS

Wickline is leaving quite a legacy for our young people through the scholarship program.

Fifteen scholarships have been set up at the Oklahoma Methodist Foundation to be used by those in our congregation who qualify.

Eleven of our scholarships are not supported financially by Wickline but by the individual contributors plus the interest they incur.  These are :  JoAnne & David Fox Scholarship, Jerome & Linda Delp Scholarship, Mike & Jackie Groves Scholarship, George & Nancy Ivie Scholarship, Les & Elda Marie Lawson Scholarship, Doug & Angel Miesse Scholarship, John Blake Scott Scholarship, Earl & Margaret Smith Scholarship, Donald StaleyScholarship, Clinton & Lear Thompson Scholarship, Durrell & Wileeta Treadway Scholarship.

Four of our scholarships are funded by Scholar Dollar donations, memorials, and individual gifts. When contributions reach $10,000, a new scholarship is formed and registered at the Oklahoma Methodist Foundation so interest can be earned.

These include: The Effie Carlisle Scholarship, Graduating Senior award, Leadership Scholarship, and Wickline General Scholarship,

All but one of our scholarships are funded for undergraduate work. The Doug and Angel Miesse Scholarship is the only scholarship stipulated for post graduate education.
